I personally hate it when somebody finishes my sentences but bizarrely when they do the block goes and the word pops out pretty much instantaneously....

If I use filler words, I feel guilty. I try to avoid as much as possible. But they find their way into conversations sometimes. Frustrating. Years of habit. Hard to break....
