It's not cute! Or a fetish!

It's not cute! Or a fetish! Does anyone else get really p!ssed off when others tell them that their stutter is cute? It really upsets me. I don't find it cute, it's terribly socially isolating and makes me feel like I can't even communicate sometimes. I try and look on the bright side, I really do, but it hurts when people refer to something that causes me a tremendous amount of anguish as "cute".
