Yup. Ima lady. Mild to moderate stutter, definitely has decreased with age. Wether it’s that IDGAF, encounter less stress or just talk less...it’s a toss up....

From my experience, please sleep more , lack of sleep will make stutter more. Have a cup of hot coffee or hot tea or just Hot water on side. It acts as a distraction / relaxation/ caffeine etc!...
