Can we talk about physical mouth tiredness
Content
Can we talk about physical mouth tiredness After speaking for a length of time I often feel emotionally drained, especially if I have stuttered a lot. But something else which is maybe less talked about (?) is just the physical feeling of your mouth being exhausted. It's genuinely tired from trying to force all the words out. I am a talkative person and I enjoy speaking. I even sometimes pass as fluent, more or less. It's just that speaking is not something that I can do easily, physiologically speaking. It requires effort. I block, at least to a small degree, on most words, so it makes sense that it's physically hard to speak. Is this something other people can relate to?
