As corny as it sounds take your time. Be charismatic. I stutter as well but oddly enough it doesnt effect me during interviews but when meeting new people it can strike me down terribly....

Yes, it works if you "savor" each word as you say it. Of course, it is not perfect but I haven't practiced it long enough to test its full effectiveness....

I hope you "cure" it but as you said there's no cure. Maybe try humming and try speaking after, you'll most likely not stutter. Meditate can help and I'm a calm person that's why my stuttering is mild...
