Should I slow down my speech to stutter less? Has anyone done something similar? I have noticed I stutter moderately to significantly less when I make a conscious effort to **speak slower**. Not only that my blocks sound less "annoying" (I have heard an audio playback of myself that I recorded on my phone) However, I am scared of speaking too slowly and putting people off. Although I am not sure how much of a problem this is going to be considering the fact that I am naturally a very fast speaker. Has anyone done something similar, by changing the speed of their voice to see if they stuttered less? Does anyone have any advice about what I should do?
