I hope you "cure" it but as you said there's no cure. Maybe try humming and try speaking after, you'll most likely not stutter. Meditate can help and I'm a calm person that's why my stuttering is mild. I would recommend everyone watching "The king's speech". Even with stuttering you can be great but it sucks cuz it affects everything in your life and ppl are not really aware of it. I actually was 2 hours in hell in a job interview in CISCO. I stuttered like a damn fool but I started speaking fluently. You can try talking to a mirror, I actually have a duck that can "listen" to me explaining things like code errors, life problems etc, it helps
