Is my stammer psychosomatic? To be honest I think it is. It really only happens when I get nervous, frustrated or excited. I could be talking normally for hours and then as soon as my heart rate bumps...

This is literally me and I still don’t understand why. I just wanna know why can’t I talk fluently all the time 😩...

Rest of my life ? Are u kidding, I have just give myself and some days still, with hope if my stuttering can be improved....
