Is my stammer psychosomatic?

Is my stammer psychosomatic? To be honest I think it is. It really only happens when I get nervous, frustrated or excited. I could be talking normally for hours and then as soon as my heart rate bumps a little I can't get anything out. I'm not trying to stutters or stammers are fake. **I'd never suggest that**. But I *do* believe and experiences keep popping up that lend credence to the idea, that mine is all in my head. I used to stream regularly. Used to post videos on Twitter/insta that I was going live. Yeah, I'd stammer a bit here or there but it wasn't until something rediculous happened in game that I'd have trouble. I'm 30 now. So this issue is more of a hindrance on my professional career and personal endeavors. But. I'm frustrated, angry, and generally just trying to figure something out. Sorry for the rant..
