I agree, exposure therapy does work. Getting jobs where you have to go out and talk to customers, like working at restaurants or front desk, i think it improved my speech a lot But I still have days...

I stuttered on every other line. I remember I once got stuck mid-sentence while reading for the class on the word fridge and I was just saying " F FF FFF", So basically yeah I got bullied pretty bad....

Sometimes a mental health day is required. I usually think exposure therapy is best but if it's overwhelming then it's not helpful. Just take the day to try to relax tomorrow is another day....
