As above. I wouldn’t become reliant on it as then that could cause another issue in itself. Try either speech therapy or maybe learn some techniques/desensitisation to help your stutter...
Get a good health insurance and start speech therapy. They do teach u very useful trick and force you to practice. Very very helpful....
