You can tell he can feel a block coming up and he just thinks of a longer and way more convoluted way to say essentially one word. He does seem very old though too. I’ll say 50/50....

so this is the question.. is it 50/50 or 70/30? what ratio is stutter, compared to gaffes in your opinion?...
