i find that caffeine and vitamin b1 reduce my word blocks considerably..gaba agonist like phenibut actually made my speech worse.. like many studies prove..it relaxes you but it made your speech worse...

Exactly. Any stress will make it worse. And TMI, but I bet if you asked enough women stutterers, you'd find that fluency greatly decreases depending on the time of the month....
