Indeed, the emphasis is on breathing. The technical side of it I don't really understand but regular swimming is supposed to make you more comfortable with your breathing or something like that....

I think that preparing what you might say in certain situations can lessen the anxiety of speaking. You can probably anticipate a majority of what they'll ask you (where you grew up, how you met, etc)...
