Recently I’ve experienced a significant decrease in my stutter/blockage while using Ashwaganda. Anyone else ever try this herb and notice the same thing? I’m aware it’s good for stress and adrenal health but it has been helping my speech a lot as well.

Yes. Whenever I stutter too much, I take magnesium supplement and I can speak better, but if I take too much, then I become jittery, and that’s worse. So you have to find the balance....
