I stutter severely too and quite health conscious my self, recently I've been taking Dr bergs electrolyte powder ( for the purposes of getting more salts in the body) and to my supirise a side effect has been my stammering blocks being significantly reduced its not gone completely but i can hold conversations for longer and less stammering. I was trying to figure out why and I decided to search a link between stammering and electrolytes and now I see this. That's not a coincidence definately a link
