Yeah! I actually have a few things that have helped. I used to record videos to send to some friends on my webcam, and when I was looking at myself on the screen, I didn't stutter anywhere near as much. If I speak in a different accent, I don't stutter. But obviously that's not really a viable or practical solution, and also, once I got used to speaking in the different accents, the stutter would come back. The BIGGEST thing that helped me was benzodiazepines. I know they're not supposed to be taken daily long term, but my anxiety is too relentless to deal with stuff without them. Ever since I started taking them in early 2017, I noticed my excessive nervous energy is less and thus, so is my stutter. It was such a novelty to actually have things to say (instead of a blank mind) and actually want to, and be ABLE to, say them!
