One thing that helps when I have to record audio is using an app like daf pro or fonte daf, that repeats what you say as you say it. If you keep it in the background it should lower the amount of time...

Get a metronome, or some kind of app. Set it to a pace you feel speaking at, and just read through your speech once without recording and speak to the beat. If you feel comfortable, sing it....

have you tried speaking while not hearing yourself? like put headphones on with a very loud music and then speak, of course you'll have to record it since you'll not be hearing yourself....
