If you have a computer running Windows you can try Voicemeeter Banana out. [https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm](https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm) Once you've installed and activated it, go to the Hardware Input section and add your mic as an input. Also, enable "Auto Restart Audio Engine" as well as "System Tray" under "Menu". Afterwards, click on the A1 and B1 buttons under said hardware input (A1 feeds the audio to your speakers/headphones so you can hear yourself and B1 turns on your mic, essentially) You can right click on the Intellipan twice to set it to "Modulation" mode, which allows you to apply a ring modulation filter of sorts to your voice signal -this makes you sound kind of like an alien or robot which might help) You can also increase the delay under Menu > System Settings > Monitor Synchro Delay by adjusting the number right after "OUT A1" There are some DAF apps for Android/iOS as well but most of them are paid and don't work as well in my opinion. Evidently, an entire computer is not something that you can carry around with you on a daily basis, but this is still a good way to test what effect a DAF device may have on your speech. If you notice any significant improvement you can get something more discreet instead of course.
