They're not for everyone because not every stutter is the same. It's genetic for a lot of people and it's a little offensive that you're implying others aren't capable of "very hard work"....

Stuttering is a neurological and/or genetic disorder . Anxiety can exacerbate it but not the cause of it. Stress of any kind including sickness can also exacerbate stuttering....
