I started stuttering in 3rd grade and it progressively gotten worse went from repetition of words/vowels to long blocks that give me pain on my forehead or I suddenly feel out of breath/hot. I also relate with you about my stutter being genetic except my family denies it and makes it seem that I caused it myself. I hope all is well with you
