I told my mom that I have a stutter and she took it well

I told my mom that I have a stutter and she took it well I got off the phone with my mom not too long ago and I asked her if anybody on her or my dad side of the family had a stutter. She said that she knew some people that had a stutter and then explained to me that it’s not really hereditary. To make a long story short, she supported me and told me that she already knew and she was waiting for me to say something. It took a weight off my shoulders.
