Try stretching out ur words, really stop the stutter. The more u practice stretching ur words the less u stutter and then stretch less n less...

i think for me it’s just getting my vocal cords ready to produce a blocked sound. if i say uhhhhh for long enough i can virtually never stutter because my vocal cords are already active....
