Always!! But maybe I can help! I switched my introduction up from "HI I'M t-t-t" to "hi, my name is <name>" and it's helped me sooo much! I mean I won't lie though, I said my name was Sarah at starbucks and food takeouts for the LONGEST time too :) just because it was easy to say.
