Yes! Also if I don’t stutter for like a whole 30 seconds of talking I’m out of breath lol....

Yes. Especially when your tongue and throat say “you shall not pass” to anything remotely involving air or breathing and you end up looking like a clucking chicken. Good times....

If it was just stuttering, then that would be true But in my case I get full blocks, unable to say anything or communicate a message which people do care about, and it effects me significantly...

It depends. Usually I can get the words out after 2-3 seconds of stutter if I just slow my tempo. But i tend to talk fast naturally.. I can't control my tempo when stressed.....
