I call it my "chicken head" stutter

I call it my "chicken head" stutter I'm not sure if it's truly a stutter, but lately I've been doing it a lot It's somewhat unfortunate because it occurs when I'm trying to say the name of the company I work for, but whenever I lock up my head just rapidly nods up and down. Almost like a chicken eating stuff off the ground. Anyone know how to overcome this? It's literally just in the opening seconds of a phone call...
