It seems, by your prior comments, you have more of a stammer and can control it better than I can. I have more of a semi-severe stutter that I can’t really control. So it may work for you....

It means that you have a constant flow of air while youre speaking. So, before you start to speak, let air out for about one second, then start speaking into the exhale. Then, link your words together...
