Stutter is not in your "mouth", leave me this expression but in the block that you feel in mind before speak. As you has experienced if you stutter you know that you know before speak that cannot say that word right? So these that you called causes are manifestation of something in a more high level. So you have problem with respiration for example because you have stutter, not viceversa
