Same. I don’t stutter with alcohol. The more the alcohol, the less I shutter. Also noticed this with anaesthetics. When I had my wisdom teeth removed and heading home, I didn’t stutter....

Word switch for sure is my go-to. Sometimes I formulate the sounds that I don't stutter on with my tongue internally in my mouth where others can't see, and do that repetitively until I "catch a flow"...
