Depends on how severe it is and how much it'll affect your job. Mine is v severe to the point of almost Mutism so i list it as a disability...
It's a weird, crazy journey having a disfluency. Everyone has bad days and better days and it's incredibly cathartic to vent....you're doing the right thing. We are all on our own individual journey....
