I'm 59 been stuttering since as far back as I can remember, my earliest memory was in junior school when I was asked why did I speak different.. I sometimes think if I stuttered when I was so young why didn't my mom seek professional help, maybe she thought I would outgrow it.. why didn't I outgrow it, now that's the question we all want the answer to.. I've had a lifetime of this curse and I know I will never be able to speak fluently
