I would I have 90% of my speech under control but I still stutter. I’ve never been ashamed of it even as a kid i always spoke alot and my family never cared either. So my day to day was normal and eventually things got better I’m 23 now but still stutter but it doesn’t bother me. I see a lot of people so ashamed and i never felt that way which i think helped
