I still consider myself a stutterer but I have 95% control of my speech, it’s smooth, pleasant, “normal” and I even speak more clearly than before. This is after living for 3 decades with a disabling stutter/block/panic thing which only had increased over time bc I was doing the exact opposite things to address it.
