If this is too much, do brief voluntary repetitions to yourself in the mirror. Work up to a phone call to a store, and then more. Make sure to make eye contact and begin speaking on *exhales*....

I did everything his book says...reading aloud daily and affirmations---no improvement!!!! And the "crutches" he reccomends are only usefull if one knows what they will stutter on before it happens....
