If you block the moment a person starts listening, then it’s entirely in your mind. It is still real and very impactful and very addressable. There’s no reason to read Scientology adjacent books to become more fluent! Just read/listen to SLPs who specialize in dysfluency. They will mostly suggest to do the opposite.
