If you have the money to private pay for a *SLP who specializes in dysfluency*, then definitely do that. But if you don’t, then a motivated person can consume info (articles, podcasts, etc) from legit SLP sources. The scary things basically involve versions of only the following: disclosing, voluntary repetitions, make normal eye contact, begin slowly and on *exhales* and enunciate.
