If i think only once about how fluent I speak,I stutter on the easiest of the words! So I always keep low ecpectations about my speech and don't get too excited if i get fluent for a long time....

That is the issue that I am not able to focus on the conversation but for fluent speakers it is often a involuntary,subconscious kind of a speech.But I can't do spontaneous talks....
