I can totally relate to this. When I'm focused on the topic, instead of my speech, I'm great. Problem is, I have a very difficult time doing that. Sometimes, I'll be talking just fine, and I will realize, "Hey..look how good i'm speaking." Then it all goes to hell. I'm currently working on focusing on the topic and sometimes looking intently at an object while trying to focus on the convo helps as well. I would love some other tips as well.
