Yeah, I never meant to imply that this will work for everybody. That said, if someone stutters and has anxiety, this may be something to ask a doctor about. I wanted to share my experience because I didn't think there was a medication which could almost completely abolish a lifelong habit. Plus, the reasons why it could be working - "pressure of speech," etc - might be interesting to examine. I think I've always focused on very physical techniques for controlling my speech rather probing if there's some deeper reason. I've considered my stutter something so engrained in me but this makes me rethink that. Which, again, could definitely be relevant to someone else.
