I can only speak from experience when I say that please please please don't send ur 2 year old to speech therapy or make him self conscious of his stutter most kids until 8-9 years old won't even teas...

Yeah drinking to reduce a stutter is never a good idea, I contemplated it when I was younger but the alcohol doesn't reduce a stutter, it's just reduced because we're less conscious of it....
