If you practiced reading out loud for say 30 mins a day, you'd be able to read your order off the menu, atleast that's been the case for me. If not, type what you want on your phone then say ' Hi can I have this *points to phone* normally when I do this I read off my phone as well just to get my point across Yeah it sounds silly, but nobody really notices and plus I get what I want
