that's pretty annoying. I have a very obvious stutter and it sometimes takes me a while to get out a drink order, but I generally don't have this problem. Usually when im ordering, I compose myself and order in such a way that indicates what's going on isnt alcohol related. My body language is relaxed and normal and just act like this is a normal situation for me and nothing they need to worry about. Most of the time they know this is something else other than drunkness. A couple times I got crappy pours and there was some space, i'd ask them to top me off with more liquor.
