There are some truth to these things. Speaking slowly and remembering to breath actually does help, and I've had multiple people say they haven't noticed my covert stuttering. But I get what you mean ...

I suffer from blocks like this too, but usually on vowels like E. Sometimes focusing on your enunciation can help. Try hardening those sounds, or softening them, like a softer "g" more like a "j". ...
