How does stutter affect your gameplay in voice required games(e.g. CS:GO)?

How does stutter affect your gameplay in voice required games(e.g. CS:GO)? CS:GO is an online FPS. Voice communication is a must, where you give your team info on where you last saw the enemy or found an expensive gun on the ground. *How does it affect my gameplay* I give delayed info which ends in getting my teammates killed and I usually get angry at myself for having a block. It is a game(at least i think) where you can 1v5 if you are really good but communicating with the team adds more to the success of your game. Have you had similar experiences in other games?
