no one to my knowledge, but my younger cousin also has a stutter. so we must have got it from someone who doesn't have it anymore so that's a bit nice that maybe we can too...

Mine is definitely hereditary. I know of relatives who stuttered at least as far back as my great grandfather. Most haven't been as severe as mine though....
