I would say PCP. They'll suggest neuro if they think it's worth it, but I'd say it's highly unlikely it's neurological....

She’s recently been diagnosed. So waiting on an appointment. The waiting list here in the UK is crazy long. All I can say is maybe see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis. Just to be sure....
