Im going to start meditation as well, it is interesting to read that you Get good results out of it. I was at a low point a while ago and started going to a therapist. We are working on much of what you say in your post, like talking søplet. I also practice to allways be relaxed in my abdomen, also when not talking. To breath with my stomach, not my chest. This helps reducing the constant underlying fear of speaking and helps me be more fluent. It takes a lot of practice but I have started practicing this in every conversation I have had the last while and it starts to help. I really believe, and see results that this will help reduce the stuttering a lot
