This is one of the reasons I've completely quit drinking - brain was not braining and stutter took place almost every time I spoke. Proper 8-9 hours sleep and vitamins seemed to help during recovery....

I stutter less WHILE I’m drinking but I am usually less fluent any time I’m not feeling 100%, which would include the day after having a few drinks (even if I don’t actively feel hungover)....

What works for me is adequate sleep and exercising in the morning. I’ve done Speech therapy my whole life. It helps but not much. Be positive. It helps....

Lol uh do exercise with caution however. If it makes it worse after a few trys definitely stop and try to pick up the pieces... It is an interesting take on overcoming or at least dealing with reject...
