Hey just wanted to say I hundred percent agree with getting in shape and getting your diet right (low carb, low sugar, high protein). And also fixing your sleep schedule. As stutterers we absolutely need to be in shape, it's already hard to breathe when talking as it is. I don't see how becoming winded after going up 3 flights of stairs is going to help things with speaking. Another thing I've realized is that we don't have the luxury to be poor performers in the workplace or in academics. We really shouldn't be the average person who's watching Netflix all day or constantly on social media. It's been a difficult thing to accept even though it's a necessary truth. And it's even harder to implement as someone who struggles with discipline but it's still something I've realized for some time now.
