I think this is happening to me it helped me alot at first, then it didnt, and now i stutter more beacause of it i think. I also mixed alot of party drugs to relax me such a c. Ke and such and it help...

How many times have you have fluency while drinking? I had alcohol-fluency the first few times drinking. But it swung the other way to alcohol disfluency after subsequent experiences....

When you get drunk, your inhibited subconscious censor gets inhibited and you don't/can't control your behaviour so the factor making you stutter when sober is faded if you are drunk. Better avoid it...

Have you tried weed edibles? They usually keep me chill which lessens my stutter. I usually get the gummies which is a low dose, but weed may not be for everybody....

My observations: Yes, alcohol is the worst. One drink might loosen you up, but long term it makes things way worse. Coffee definitely doesn't help, I was a long time 4-8 cups a day guy and cut that...

I’m the opposite. Alcohol tends to make my stutter much better. I’ve had a few job interviews, and my stutter goes from 60% down to 5% with a shot of tequila before the interview....
